Caramel Recipes

Apres Ski Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Elvy’s Chocolate Syrup.
  • 1/2 oz Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
  • 1 Shot Espresso.
  • Steamed Milk.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well

Yield:

One 16-ounce serving.

 

Caramel Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice.
  • 1/3 cup dark rum (optional).
  • 8 cups apple cider or apple juice.
  • 2 cinnamon sticks.
  • 8 allspice berries.
  • 1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise, seeds scraped out and set aside) or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Directions:
In a non-reactive saucepan, combine the cider, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla (including seeds), syrup and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and cook 15 minutes. Stir in the liquor (optional) and serve warm. Serves eight.

Yield:
8 servings.

 

Caramel Apple Italian Soda

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
  • 1 oz Elvy’s Apple Syrup.
  • 1 oz Half and Half (optional).
  • Ice.Sparkling water or club soda.

Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.
Tip: Top with whipped cream if desired.

Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.

 

Caramel Apple Steamer

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
  • 1/2 oz Elvy’s Apple Syrup.
  • Steamed milk.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well.

Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.

 

Caramel Flavored Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
  • Freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Directions:
Add 1-2 tablespoons syrup to freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.

 

Caramel Granita

Ingredients:

  • 1(750 mL bottle) Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
  • 16 oz milk.75 oz water.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in granita machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.

Yield:
Ten 16-ounce servings.
