Iced Chocolate Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.
- 1/2 oz Natural Chocolate.
- 1 shot espresso.
- Ice.
- 8 oz cold milk.
Directions:
Fill a 12 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with other ingredients. Mix well.
Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.
Iced Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.

- Ice.

- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt.

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
Strawberry Breve
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.
- 1 shot espresso.
- Steamed Half and Half.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well.
Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.
Strawberry Fat Free Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.
- 2 cups ice.
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk or vanilla yogurt.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
Strawberry Granita
Ingredients:
- 1 x 700 mL bottle Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.
- 5 x 700 mL bottles (1gallon) water.
Directions:
Mix in granita machine according to manufacturer’s directions.
