Banana Cream Pie Granita
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Elvy’s Coconut Syrup.
- 1 bottle Elvy’s Banana Syrup.1 quart half and half.
- 1 gallon whole milk.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a Granita machine, following manufacturer’s instructions
Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.
Blueberry Gourmet Granita
Ingredients:
- 1(750 mL bottle) Elvy’s Blueberry Syrup.
- 76 oz water.4 oz Lemon juice.
- 2 Lbs. fresh blueberries.
Directions:
Puree blueberries and syrup in a blender. Combine puree, water and lemon juice in granita machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
Banana Granita
Ingredients:
- 1(750 mL bottle) Elvy’s Banana Syrup.
- 75 oz water.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in granita machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
Yield:
Ten 16-ounce serving.
Blueberry Italian Soda
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Elvy’s Blueberry Syrup.
- 1 oz Half and Half (optional).
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Ice.
- Sparkling water or club soda.
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
Banana Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Elvy’s Banana Syrup.
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- 2 oz milk.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender set on high speed and blend until smooth.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
Banana Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- 2 tablespoons Elvy’s Banana Syrup.
- 2 oz low fat milk.
- 1 cup ice.
- 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
