Beach Street Cooler Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- Coca cola.
- 1 Scoop Crushed Ice.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the cola in a shaker. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with the coca cola.
Yield:
- One 8-ounce serving
- Blue Chimney Smoke
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- Scoop Crushed Ice. 4 oz.
- Chilled Orange Juice.
Directions:
Place ice in a large wineglass. Add the orange juice and stir. Float the syrup on top.
Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.
Blue Cool
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- Lemon-lime soda.
- Lemon slice.
Directions:
In a glass, stir together the syrup and several ice cubes.
Top off with soda and stir.
Garnish with the lemon slice.
Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.
Blue Whale
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- 1 Cup Ice.1 oz.
- Coconut Cream.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.
Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.
Corcovado
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- Lemonade.
- Lemon Slice.
- 1 Scoop Crushed Ice.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the lemonade and the lemon slice in a shaker. Strain into a glass and top off with the lemonade. Garnish with the lemon slice.
Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.
Fog City Blues
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- 1 oz. half and half.
- 1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao.
- 1 Scoop crushed ice.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.
Green Eye-Opener
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
- 1 Scoop crushed ice.
- 3 oz. orange juice.
Directions:
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice. Pour into a tall glass.
