Lemon Cream Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.
- 1 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
- Brewed black tea.
- 1 oz Half and Half.
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full with ice. Cover ice with brewed black tea and add ingredients. Mix well.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
Lemon Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.
- 1/4 cup honey.
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Brush over poultry during final hour of cooking, repeating application every 15 minutes. Tip: This is perfect for turkey, roast chicken or Cornish game hens.
Yield:
approximately 1 1/2 cups.
Lemon Granita
Ingredients:
- 1 (750 mL bottle) Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.
- 6 oz lemon juice.
- 75 oz water.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in granita machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
Yield:
Ten 16-ounce servings.
Lemon Lime Italian Soda
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Elvy’s Lime Syrup.
- 1 oz Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.
- 1 oz Half and Half (optional).
- Ice.
- Sparkling water or club soda.
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.
Tip: Top with whipped cream if desired.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
Lemon Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.
- Milk (cold).
- Ice.
Directions:
Fill a 12 oz glass 3/4 full of ice and add ingredients. Mix well.
Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.
Lemon Slush
Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.
- 4 tablespoons milk.
- 2 cups ice.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 15 to 30 seconds.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
