Banana Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- 1 banana, sliced.
- 1 1/2 cups ice.
- 2/3 cup vanilla ice cream.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 15 to 30 seconds.
Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
Banana Orange Slush
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
- 5 tablespoons Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- 2 cups ice.
- 1 banana, sliced.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 15 to 30 seconds.
Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
Creamsicle Italian Soda
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
- 1 oz Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- 1 oz Half and Half (optional).
- Ice.Sparkling water or club soda.
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.
Tip: Top with whipped cream if desired.
Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
Elvy's Gourmet Orange Butter
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter (softened).
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, whip butter and syrup together. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.
Yield:
1/2 cup.
Dream Slush
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- Supply of ice.
- One packet of Carnation vanilla instant breakfast.
- 1/2 cup milk.
Directions:
Chill the blender and serving glass. Add ingredients with one cup of ice to the blender. Start the blender at low and work to higher speeds until a smooth drink is produced. Serve in a chilled glass.
Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.
Frozen Orange Mocha Julep
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
- 1/4 oz Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
- 2 oz Elvy’s Chocolate Syrup.1 oz espresso.
- 1 1/4 cups ice.3 oz Half and Half.
Directions:
Add ingredients to blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
