Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.

  • 1 oz Natural Chocolate.

  • 2 cups ice.

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender set on high speed and blend until smooth.

Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.

Apple Pie Latte 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.

  • 1/2 oz Elvy’s Apple Syrup.

  • 1 shot espresso.

  • Steamed milk.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well.

Yield:
one 12-ounce serving.

Forbidden Jungle Cocktail 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Rum.

  • 1/2 oz. Elvy’s Peach Syrup.

  • 1/2 oz. coconut cream.

  • 1 scoop crushed ice.

  • 3 oz. pineapple juice.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Mix well and pour into a chilled glass.

Yield:
One 8-ounce serving.

Blueberry Gourmet Granita 

Ingredients:

  • 1(750 mL bottle) Elvy’s Blueberry Syrup.

  • 76 oz water.

  • 4 oz Lemon juice.

  • 2 Lbs. fresh blueberries.

Directions:
Puree blueberries and syrup in a blender. Combine puree, water and lemon juice in granita machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.

Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.

Caramel Apple Cider 

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Elvy’sCaramel Syrup.

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice.

  • 1/3 cup dark rum (optional).

  • 8 cups apple cider or apple juice.

  • 2 cinnamon sticks.

  • 8 allspice berries.

  • 1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise, seeds scraped out and set aside) or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Directions:
In a non-reactive saucepan, combine the cider, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla (including seeds), syrup and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and cook 15 minutes. Stir in the liquor (optional) and serve warm. Serves eight.

Yield:
8 servings.

Blended Cherry Coke Float 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Elvy’s Cherry Classic Syrup.

  • 4 cups Ice.

  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream.

  • 12 oz. Coke or other cola.

Directions:
Fill blender with 4 cups of Ice. Pour soda and Syrups over ice, and add ice cream. Blend well.

Yield:
Four 10 oz. servings.

Lemon Cream Iced Tea 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Elvy’s Lemon Syrup.

  • 1 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.

  • Brewed black tea.

  • 1 oz Half and Half.

Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full with ice. Cover ice with brewed black tea and add ingredients. Mix well.

Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.

Elvy's Gourmet Bellevue 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Elvy’s Lime Syrup.

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice.

  • 1 oz white rum.

  • 3/4 oz coconut cream.

  • 3/4 oz Cointreau.

Directions:
Mix in a shaker or blender. Serve in a highball glass.

Yield:
one 8-ounce serving.

Grenadine Tea Infusion 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Elvy’s grenadine Syrup.

  • 1 cupful ice.

  • 4 oz fresh brewed black tea.

  • 4 oz premium lemonade.

Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Elvy’s Kiwi Syrup.

  • 1 oz Half and Half (optional).

  • Ice.

  • Sparkling water or club soda.

Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.

  • Ice sparkling water or club soda.

  • 1 oz Half and Half (optional).

Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.
Tip: Top with whipped cream if desired.
